Shipping & Delivery

a) No Physical Product Shipping

Matrika Heritage Hospital primarily offers in-person medical consultations, diagnostic services, and online health consultations. As such, we do not offer delivery of any physical products through our website unless specifically mentioned.

b) Delivery of Reports (If Applicable)

• Diagnostic reports (e.g., blood tests, ultrasound, etc.) are typically available for in-person collection at the hospital reception.

• In some cases, patients may receive reports via:

  • Email (PDF format)

  • WhatsApp (upon request)

• If hard copy delivery is requested, courier charges (if any) will be borne by the patient and delivery timelines may vary based on location.

c) Medicines Delivery (If Applicable)

• If Matrika Heritage Hospital offers medicine dispatch to local patients:

  • Delivery will be made within 24–72 hours within Darbhanga city limits.

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded.

d) Online Services

• For online consultation bookings, confirmation and access details will be sent via SMS/Email immediately after successful payment.

• No physical shipping is involved in online consultations or digital services.
