Canellation & refund

a) Appointment Cancellation

  • Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by calling our hospital helpline at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

  • If a patient fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, the appointment may be marked as a “No Show” and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund (if any payment was made).

b) Online Consultation / Service Cancellation

  • For online consultations or health services booked via our website:

    • Cancellation requests made within 2 hours of booking and at least 4 hours before the consultation time may be eligible for a full refund.

    • Requests made after this time window may not be eligible for a refund.

c) Refund Process

  • Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after proper verification and approval by our administration.

d) Non-Refundable Charges

  • Registration fees, convenience charges, or emergency service charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of any technical failure in payment or duplicate transactions, please contact us with proof. We will verify and process the refund accordingly.
