Why do you have all these symptoms in chronic pelvic pain?

There are a lot of gynaecological conditions which present as chronic pelvic pain. Endometriosis which causes powder burn spots all over the pelvis can present as vague or acute pelvic pain. Pelvic infections, or pelvic congestion can also present as symptoms of pain. Sometimes previous abdominal surgeries can cause thin fibrous bands called as adhesions, which can cause chronic pelvic pain.
