Canellation & refund
a) Appointment Cancellation
Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointments by calling our hospital helpline at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
If a patient fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, the appointment may be marked as a “No Show” and may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund (if any payment was made).
b) Online Consultation / Service Cancellation
For online consultations or health services booked via our website:
Cancellation requests made within 2 hours of booking and at least 4 hours before the consultation time may be eligible for a full refund.
Requests made after this time window may not be eligible for a refund.
c) Refund Process
Any approved refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.
Refunds will be initiated only after proper verification and approval by our administration.
d) Non-Refundable Charges
Registration fees, convenience charges, or emergency service charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of any technical failure in payment or duplicate transactions, please contact us with proof. We will verify and process the refund accordingly.
